01 Ownership
All content, branding, assets, artwork, characters, game mechanics, and code within Token Frenzy are the
exclusive intellectual property of the Token Frenzy developers, unless otherwise stated or attributed to
third parties.
This includes but is not limited to:
- The "Token Frenzy" name, logo, and all associated branding
- All in-game UI/UX elements, structural layouts, and visual assets
- Game design, mechanics, logic, and audiovisual elements
- The Token Frenzy NFT Pass design and underlying metadata
- All custom source code and technical implementations
- Marketing materials, screenshots, and promotional content
02 Restrictions
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for
entertainment purposes. Without explicit permission, you may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
- Use Token Frenzy assets or branding in derivative commercial projects.
- Host duplicate versions of the application.
03 Third-Party Content
Token Frenzy may utilize open-source components, libraries (like the Solana Wallet Adapter), or
community-provided frameworks. Any such content remains the property of its respective owners and is
used under their applicable open-source licenses.
04 NFT Ownership Rights
When you mint or acquire a Token Frenzy Pass NFT:
- You own the cryptographic token representing the pass on the Solana blockchain.
- You receive a personal, non-commercial license to display the NFT artwork associated with your
token.
- You do not receive commercial intellectual property rights to the underlying
artwork, brand, or general game content.
- You may transfer or sell the NFT token itself, but all overarching IP rights remain with Token
Frenzy.
05 DMCA & Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in Token Frenzy without proper authorization, or if
you discover unauthorized use of Token Frenzy content elsewhere, please contact us immediately so we can
investigate the matter.
