To access full features within Token Frenzy, you must connect a digital wallet (like Phantom or Solflare). You are entirely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials and private keys.
All blockchain transactions, including in-app SOL purchases or NFT mints, are initiated by you and require manual confirmation. Token Frenzy does not have control over network congestion, dropped transactions, or blockchain latency.
All blockchain transactions, purchases of Token Frenzy Passes, or SOL score-submission payments are finalized on the Solana network and are strictly non-refundable.
You acknowledge that playing Token Frenzy using a digital wallet is at your own risk. Digital assets involve extreme price volatility and loss of funds.

All rights, title, and interest to Token Frenzy, including its game logic, UI/UX, and graphical assets, remain exclusively with the Token Frenzy creators. Minting an NFT pass grants you access rights, not ownership over the game's underlying IP (refer to the Copyright Notice for details).
Token Frenzy is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. The developers disclaim all warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances will the creators of Token Frenzy be liable for any accidental loss of funds, server downtime, wallet misconfigurations, or other damages arising from your usage of the game.
